RegSmegLife.com prefers to focus on creativity and spreading positivity, not inventory and warehouse maintenance. This is why we use Print on Demand (or PoD).
PoD items are made with care specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, these products are only available online and help limit over-production.
We've chosen Printful for our PoD vendor due to their quality products and attention to making sure our customers (you), get your purchases as timely as possible
All of our garments come with specific wash/care instructions to help you prevent damaging your items. Please refer to the care label inside your garment for the best results. We mainly use polyester as it's the best material for sublimation printing, although some garments come in cotton/poly blends.
What about your COLOR ME t-shirts?
The outline on our "Color Me" t-shirts are pretty solid and we have seen minimal to no fading following the wash/care instructions for our shirts. As for after you have colored in your t-shirts, the longevity of your color intensity depends solely on the fabric/paint pens you use. T-shirt, Sweatshirt, and Hoodie Care Instructions
-Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
-Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
-No fabric softeners.
-Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life (recommended).
-Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
-Do not dry clean.
-Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer setting can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
Legging Care Instructions
-Our leggings can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality.
-Wash with like colors, as the polyester fabric may make colors run.
-Too high temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.
Please note, it may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on our carrier site. During the holidays or other high volume periods, this can take up to 5-7 business days.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Please note, personalized items require a larger time window for fulfillment time to allow order edits.
Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days within the United States. Orders shipping outside of the US to Canada or Mexico may have longer ship times.
Not necessarily. Some items take longer to produce than others and all the items in a single order might not be produced at the same location or even from the same manufacturer. This does not affect shipping cost.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at customerservice@regsmeglife.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at customerservice@regsmeglife.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Product disclaimers:Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.
Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier marked the package as delivered, but you state you haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
But not all is lost! There might be circumstances where after some investigation a gift card, less than or equal to your order, may be issued. This result is not guaranteed and is handled on a case by case base.

No, we do not ship internationally, however, for international shipping you may visit our Etsy Shop. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.
We do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by sending an email along with pictures of your product to customerservices@regsmeglife.com. You may review more on how to report damaged/wrong/deffective orders here.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at customerservice@regsmeglife.com with photos of wrong/damaged/defected items and we’ll sort that out for you. At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at customerservice@regsmeglife.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue arefund!

You can not edit or cancel an order once it’s been submitted.
However, if your order is a personalized item, you will be given 2 days to submit changes or cancel your order.
Some fees may apply when cancelling your personalized order. Once 2 days from the day of your initial order has passed, with or without edits, you will no longer have the option to cancel order. There will be no refund for errors made by your order specifications.
